Good Morning!As Wall Street set the tone for the new year, stock futures rose Tuesday. This week is also expected to bring a flurry of economic data.There was a 300-point or or 0.9% jump in Dow Jones Industrial Average futures. Futures for the S&P 500 rose 1% and those for the Nasdaq 100 rose 1.1%.2022 marked the worst year for the major averages since 2008, ending a three-year winning streak. As of the end of the year, the Dow was down about 8.8% and 10.3% from its 52-week high. S&P 500 prices are 20% below their record high for the year, and have fallen 19.4% for the year. Last year, the tech-heavy Nasdaq fell 33.1%.This week is a big week for investors as they receive a whole bunch of data. Construction spending and manufacturing PMI are due out at 9:45 a.m. and 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday.There will be two big releases on Wednesday, the Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey in the morning and the minutes of the Fed's recent policy meeting in the afternoon.
Approximately 544 miles north of Las Vegas lies what's been dubbed "the biggest lithium deposit in the US." One tiny company stands to be the biggest beneficiary because lithium "faces a long-term supply shortage," according to Barron's. This company, however, is sitting on a goldmine opportunity as it plans to produce 30,000 tonnes per annum over the next 3.5 years from this single deposit. Supplying the electric vehicle boom and potentially driving its stock price off the charts.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Piper Sandler turned bullish on Coty Inc. (COTY), upgrading the stock to "Overweight" and assigning a $10 price target, representing potential upside of 16.82% from Friday's close.
Twist Bioscience Corporation (TWST) has won the favor of Evercore ISI's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from In Line to Outperform and moved their price target to $36, suggesting 51.19% additional upside for the stock.
KeyCorp (KEY) received an upgrade from analysts at Barclays, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $24. They changed their rating on KEY to Equal-Weight from Underweight in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Tuesday Barclays reduced its rating on Zions Bancorporation NA (ZION) stock to Underweight from Equal-Weight and assigned the price target to $59.
Wolfe Research analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Fox Corporation (FOXA) has been changed to Underperform from Peer Perform and the new price target is set at $28.
Analysts at Exane BNP Paribas downgraded Apple, Inc. (AAPL)'s stock to Neutral from Outperform Tuesday.
