The session on March 22, the main US stock markets ended in the green zone. The S&P 500 rose 1.13% to 4511 points, the Dow Jones added 0.74%, the Nasdaq rose 1.95%. Nearly all of the industry's broad market indexes closed higher. The exception was issuers from the energy sector (-0.66%). The growth leaders were representatives of the cyclical consumer goods industry (+2.45%) and telecommunications companies (+2.01%).Company news
Alibaba Group (BABA: +11.0%) increased its share buyback program from $15 billion to $25 billion.
Okta Inc (OKTA: -1.8%) said it is currently investigating the incident of a possible data breach.
Nike Inc (NKE: +2.2%) reported revenue of $10.9 billion and earnings per share of $0.87, beating analysts' estimates.

Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NASDAQ: ACB) shares are trading up 8.15% at $3.98 at the time of writing after reporting that the Company has reached an agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of TerraFarma Inc.
TMC the metals company Inc. (TMC) grew over 15.53% at $2.53 in pre-market trading today. TMC and Allseas Announced sccessful completion of Harbor Wet-Test commissioning of robotic polymetallic nodule collector vehicle.
The Coming Copper Bull Run
Copper prices have nearly doubled since last year -- driven by the explosive growth in electric vehicles and soaring demand for green-powered electricity. But copper demand far outpaces supply. Multinational investment banks are predicting a 50% to 100% rise in copper prices by 2025. And this "backdoor" play may be a move to consider.
Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Keybanc turned bullish on T-Mobile US Inc. (TMUS), upgrading the stock to Overweight and assigning a $155.00 price target, representing potential upside of 23.32% from Monday's close.
ABB Ltd (ABB) has won the favor of Oddo BHF's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Underperform to Neutral.
Grupo Televisa S.A.B. (TV) received an upgrade from analysts at Barclays, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $13.00. They changed their rating on TV to Equal Weight from Underweight in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Wednesday Piper Sandler reduced its rating on Aligos Therapeutics Inc. (ALGS) stock to Neutral from Overweight and assigned the price target to $4.00.
JP Morgan analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Terns Pharmaceuticals Inc. (TERN) has been changed to Neutral from Overweight and the new price target is set at $6.00.
Analysts at Morgan Stanley downgraded Eni S.p.A. (E)'s stock to Equal-Weight from Overweight Wednesday.
