The session on April 4 in the main US stock markets ended in the green zone. The S&P 500 rose 0.81% to 4,583 points, the Dow Jones rose 0.3% and the Nasdaq added 1.9%. The sectors included in the broad market index showed multidirectional dynamics. The growth leaders were telecoms (+2.28%), manufacturers of cyclical consumer goods (+2.22%) and IT companies (+1.91%). The outsiders were the utilities sector (-0.79%) and healthcare (-0.75%).Company news
Media reported that Elon Musk bought 9.2% of Twitter (TWTR: +27%).
Polestar – SPAC Gores Guggenheim (GGPI: +11.9%) will supply Hertz (HTZ: +9.72%) rental service with up to 65,000 electric vehicles over five years.
China's Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) intends to correct laws that prohibit foreign-registered companies from providing confidential information to foreign regulators. The move is seen as a key concession in the fight against the threat of delisting in the US. The news supported Alibaba Group (BABA: +6.6%).

Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE: CUK) shares are trading up 3.78% at $18.65 at the time of writing after declaring that the one-week period of March 28-April 3 was its busiest booking week in the company's history, showing a double-digit increase from the previous record 7-day booking total.
Lilium N.V. (LILM) grew over 14.4% at $5.56 in pre-market trading today. The company recently announced that it has begun the next phase of flight testing in Spain with its 5th generation technology demonstrator, Phoenix 2.
System1 Inc. (SST), a Specialty Business Services company, rose about 13.87% at $18.8 in pre-market trading Tuesday. The company reported full-year revenue up 47% yoy to $833 million, with Q4 2021 revenue up 48%

Jefferies turned bullish on EZCORP Inc. (EZPW), upgrading the stock to "Buy" and assigning a $8.50 price target, representing a potential upside of 42.86% from Monday's close.
Generac Holdings Inc. (GNRC) has won the favor of Goldman Sachs' equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Buy and moved their price target to $410.00, suggesting 29.96% additional upside for the stock.
Clean Harbors Inc. (CLH) received an upgrade from analysts at Goldman Sachs, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $120.00. They changed their rating on CLH to Neutral from Sell in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Tuesday Jefferies reduced its rating on PACCAR Inc (PCAR) stock to Hold from Buy and assigned the price target to $85.00.
RBC Capital analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Carvana Co. (CVNA) has been changed to Sector perform from Outperform and the new price target is set at $138.00.
Analysts at DA Davidson downgraded WD-40 Company (WDFC)'s stock to Underperform from Neutral Tuesday.

SMART Global Holdings Inc. (SGH), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of $0.72 per share from revenues of $435.41M recently concluded three-month period.
