Good Morning!U.S. stock futures are pointing down on Wednesday morning as the Dow Jones Industrial Average futures slipped 12 points, or 0.03%. Meanwhile, S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures both dropped 0.05% and 0.04%, respectively.In other news, Johnson & Johnson shares surged nearly 3% in after-hours trading on Tuesday after the pharmaceutical company announced it will pay $8.9 billion over the next 25 years to settle allegations that their talc products, including baby powder, caused cancer.During Tuesday's regular session, the Dow fell by almost 200 points, ending a four-day winning streak as broader economic concerns weighed on the equities. The S&P 500 also snapped its four-day winning streak, falling by 0.58%, while the Nasdaq Composite dropped by 0.52%.Investors are also keeping an eye on the latest job openings report, which showed that the number of available positions fell below 10 million for the first time in nearly two years. Meanwhile, the energy market added to the uncertainty this week as OPEC+ announced it would cut output by 1.16 million barrels of oil per day.All eyes are now on the latest ADP private payrolls report, with economists expecting a rise of 210,000 jobs in March, down from the previous month's increase of 242,000.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades

Baird turned bullish on Zions Bancorporation National Association (ZION), upgrading the stock to Outperform and assigning a $60 price target, representing potential upside of 116.53% from Tuesday's close.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (CLNE) has won the favor of Raymond James' equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Market Perform to Outperform and moved their price target to $6, suggesting 42.86% additional upside for the stock.

ConocoPhillips (COP) received an upgrade from analysts at Societe Generale , who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $105. They changed their rating on COP to Hold from Sell in a recently issued research note.

Analysts at Stifel downgraded Freeline Therapeutics Holdings plc (FRLN)'s stock to Hold from Buy Wednesday.
