Good Morning!Good news for investors, U.S. stock futures were all in the green on Friday morning, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rising by 80 points or 0.24%. S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures followed suit, climbing 0.23% and 0.15%, respectively.In other news, Elon Musk announced that he's stepping down as CEO of Twitter, but don't worry, he's not leaving the tech world entirely. He's set to oversee products at the social media giant, while Tesla shares ticked higher in extended trading following the news.However, a debt ceiling meeting between President Joe Biden and congressional leaders that was set for Friday has been postponed until next week, according to a report by CNBC.Investors are recovering from a string of losses, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average sliding more than 200 points, or 0.66%, over the course of four straight losing sessions. Disney's decline following poor subscriber numbers and stress in the regional banking sector after PacWest Bancorp reported a drop in deposits have been weighing on stocks. The S&P 500 declined 0.17%, while the Nasdaq Composite added 0.18%.Even though weaker-than-expected wholesale prices data provided some relief as a sign of easing inflation, investors are still concerned about a potential downturn ahead, particularly as a few stocks continue to carry the market.

Deutsche Bank turned bullish on Euronav NV (EURN), upgrading the stock to Buy and assigning a $20 price target, representing a potential upside of 21.07% from Thursday's close.

Iris Energy Limited (IREN) has won the favor of Cantor Fitzgerald's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Overweight and moved their price target to $7, suggesting a 101.15% additional upside for the stock.

Allakos Inc. (ALLK) received an upgrade from analysts at Jefferies, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $9. They changed their rating on ALLK to Buy from Hold in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Friday Mizuho reduced its rating on Twilio Inc. (TWLO) stock to Neutral from Buy and assigned the price target to $55.

Piper Sandler analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for ImmunityBio Inc. (IBRX) has been changed to Neutral from Overweight and the new price target is set at $4.

Analysts at Wells Fargo downgraded Fox Corporation (FOXA)'s stock to Equal-Weight from Overweight Friday.
