Good Morning!U.S. stock futures held steady on Thursday as investors eagerly anticipated a resolution to the ongoing debt ceiling crisis. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures inched up 15 points, while futures tied to the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 also showed slight gains.Regional banks, riding the momentum from the previous session, were poised for further growth. The SPDR S&P Regional Bank ETF (KRE) soared 1.3% higher after a remarkable surge of over 7% on Wednesday. Notably, shares of PacWest experienced an impressive jump of nearly 6%.Following a robust trading day on Wednesday, with all major indices posting gains of over 1%, optimism continued to permeate Wall Street as the possibility of a debt ceiling agreement appeared more likely.House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, in an interview on CNBC's "Squawk Box," expressed confidence that the United States would not default on its debt. President Joe Biden echoed this sentiment in subsequent remarks, expressing belief in the ability of lawmakers to come together and avert a default.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades

BTIG turned bullish on Dynatrace, Inc. (DT), upgrading the stock to Buy and assigning a $57 price target, representing potential upside of 21.15% from Wednesday's close.

WEC Energy Group, Inc. (WEC) has won the favor of Mizuho's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Buy and moved their price target to $98, suggesting 9.8% additional upside for the stock.

Cincinnati Financial Corporation (CINF) received an upgrade from analysts at B of A Securities, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $117. They changed their rating on CINF to Buy from Neutral in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Thursday Truist Securities reduced its rating on The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) stock to Hold from Buy and assigned the price target to $155.

Morgan Stanley analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Futu Holdings Limited (FUTU) has been changed to Underweight from Equal-Weight and the new price target is set at $34.

Analysts at Jefferies downgraded Amyris, Inc. (AMRS)'s stock to Hold from Buy Thursday.
