Good Morning!

S&P 500 futures experienced a modest decline on Thursday after the index extended its longest winning streak since November 2021 in the previous session. Both S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures dipped by approximately 0.1%, while Dow Jones Industrial Average futures remained unchanged. In after-hours trading, Disney saw a 3% increase following better-than-expected profit reports, while Lyft faced a nearly 2% drop due to lower-than-anticipated bookings. The broader market had a relatively subdued yet significant day, with the S&P 500 completing an eight-day winning streak and the Nasdaq Composite achieving a ninth consecutive positive session, the longest in two years. However, the Dow ended the day down by about 0.1%, breaking a seven-day run of gains. Investors are closely monitoring Thursday for morning jobless claims data and expecting remarks from various Federal Reserve officials, including Chair Jerome Powell.
