On Tuesday morning, U.S. stock futures showed a slight decline as the third-quarter earnings season picked up pace. Futures linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 46 points, equivalent to 0.13%. Simultaneously, S&P 500 futures witnessed a 0.13% decrease, with Nasdaq 100 futures also experiencing a 0.12% dip.This week, approximately 11% of the S&P 500 companies, totaling 53 firms, are set to unveil their quarterly results. Furthermore, five Dow components will be joining the earnings fray. Notable reports scheduled for Tuesday morning include those from Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and Lockheed Martin.Beyond earnings reports, Wall Street is keenly watching for the release of fresh economic data. The morning is expected to bring forth data on retail sales and industrial production for September, as well as October's housing market index and business leaders survey numbers.

WiSA Technologies Inc (WISA) stock soared 62.1% to $0.402 in the pre-market trading after announcing pricing of $4.8 million public offering of Series B convertible redeemable preferred stock and warrants.

SciSparc Ltd (NASDAQ: SPRC) shares are trading up 70.82% at $4.8 at the time of writing following the receipt of a formal notification from Nasdaq that the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).

Goldman Sachs turned bullish on Dollar Tree Inc (DLTR), upgrading the stock to "Buy" and assigning a $137 price target, representing potential upside of 21.67% from Monday's close.

WEX Inc (WEX) has won the favor of Wolfe Research's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Peer Perform to Outperform and moved their price target to $240, suggesting 25.52% additional upside for the stock.

Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure capital Inc (HASI) received an upgrade from analysts at Morgan Stanley, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $23. They changed their rating on HASI to Overweight from Equal-Weight in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Tuesday Bernstein reduced its rating on Pioneer Natural Resources Co. (PXD) stock to Market Perform from Outperform and assigned the price target to $246.

Bernstein analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for APA Corporation (APA) has been changed to Market Perform from Outperform and the new price target is set at $50.

Analysts at Bernstein downgraded Kosmos Energy Ltd (KOS)'s stock to Market Perform from Outperform Tuesday.

Top US earnings releases scheduled for today include Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ). It will announce its Sep 2023 financial results. The company is expected to report earnings of $2.51 per share from revenues of $21.04B in the three-month period.

Analysts expect United Airlines Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:UAL) to report a net income (adjusted) of $3.35 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Sep 2023 is predicted to come in at $14.44B.

Fulton Financial Corp. (FULT), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of $0.41 per share from revenues of $209.4M recently concluded three-month period.
