On Thursday, U.S. stock futures saw a decline, reflecting the ongoing pressure on equities caused by the recent surge in bond yields. Investors were poised to react to a mix of economic data and speeches from central bank officials.Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped by 60 points, equivalent to a 0.2% decrease, following a 68-point drop in the index's previous session, closing at 33,550. The Dow Jones underperformed the other major indexes, both of which had seen gains. S&P 500 futures experienced a slight 0.1% decline, while Nasdaq futures, tracking the tech-heavy Nasdaq, were down 0.2%.The day ahead promised a slew of economic data and speeches from Federal Reserve officials. This included reports on weekly jobless claims, Kansas City Fed manufacturing activity figures for September, pending home sales for August, and revised U.S. gross domestic product readings.Investor attention was also directed towards speeches by notable figures like Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook, and Chicago Fed President Austan Goolsbee.

DA Davidson turned bullish on Tractor Supply Co. (TSCO), upgrading the stock to Buy and assigning a $280 price target.
Futu Holdings Ltd ADR (FUTU) has won the favor of BofA's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Underperform to Buy and moved their price target to $62.80.
Redfin Corp (RDFN) received an upgrade from analysts at DA Davidson, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $6. They changed their rating on RDFN to Neutral from Underperform in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Thursday H.C. Wainwright reduced its rating on Galecto Inc (GLTO) stock to Neutral from Buy.
Morgan Stanley analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Agora Inc ADR (API) has been changed to Equal Weight from Overweight and the new price target is set at $3.20.
Analysts at JPMorgan downgraded NextEra Energy Partners LP (NEP)'s stock to Neutral from Overweight Thursday.
